About Us
After a while, we began to realise the beauty and fascination of exotic timbers, and so started offering a range of turning & carving blanks in a wide variety of species, as well as exotic boards for furniture making. Unfortunately, in November 1998, serious fire virtually destroyed our shop, factory, and joiners shop, but with a lot of hard work and determination, we have been able to re-establish ourseleves as a leading supplier of quality hardwoods. Our factory shop is located at 390 Sydenham
Road, Croydon, CR0 2EA, and is open Mon-Fri 8.00-17.30, and on Saturdays
from 8.00-12.30.

We
are the largest quality hardwood suppliers in South London. Situated
near Croydon, we supply timber locally and across Great Britain.
We started off as a JSM Joinery, a company which produces high-class
purpose made joinery for the construction industry, but 3 years
ago we set up the sister company S. L. Hardwoods, offering joinery
quality timbers to the public, hobbyists, and small builders.
